At Forkingout we pride ourselves on making wedding planning as easy as possible. When we send you our per head price it will include everything from the list below you require. No hidden costs or unexpected extras added on you can simply times the per head price by the number of guests at this is what we will charge you.
• Complimentary taster at our Salisbury unit for 2 people, can accommodate up to 6
• All cutlery, crockery to lay on your tables, cooking and serving equipment required.
• Table linen to include:
- White linen napkins
- White tablecloths for all dining tables, cake table, arrival drink table, tea and coffee buffet and present table
• Any additional ovens and cooking equipment required for chosen menu
• All serving bowls, spoons, forks etc for chosen menu.
• Selection of breads with Dorset rolled butter (gluten free and dairy free options available)
• Forkingout staff for the duration of the day
- Front of house manager: dedicated point of contact for the day. They will meet you at the venue the day before to run through final details of the day and ensure the smooth running from the point of greeting guests with arrival drinks to the completion of food service
- A team of Chef’s throughout the day:
- Including a Team leader who will liaise with the front of house manager and all others needed to serve your chosen menu.
- Waiting staff roles include:
- Lay up of dining room including place cards and table decorations, moving of chairs and tables if required, candle lighting.
- Food service: to include service of canapes and wedding breakfast
- Clearance of dining room, removing table décor, flowers, glassware, crockery, cutlery, candles, tables and chairs if required
- Disposal of all refuse, includes recycling of recycling of cardboard and food
• Dietary requirements: Forkingout take food allergens and intolerances seriously. We will ensure all guests will receive canapes, a plated meal and dessert as near to your chosen menu as they needs allow. This will be served directly to the guest to ensure they feel totally at ease.
• Cutting of wedding cake into platters, paper napkins, stand and cake knife included if required.
